We didn't buy a lot of food for Christmas for ourselves and I happened to mention to my daughter, Penny the other day that I would have liked a Christmas Cake with the hard icing like we used to have years ago.
I don't like the soft stuff that they put on the cakes now.
Next thing I know is that she is baking me one and is going to put the hard icing on it.
That's caring isn't it and I'm proud to have kids that care.
She sent me a photo of it cooking in the oven.
Can't wait.
