Bread Baji / Bread Pakoda

Bread Baji / Pakora
Bread baji/pakora is one of my favorite tea time snack as it can be made in a jiff.  Nowadays it has become a popular street food snack in India. Without any vegetables you can make a tasty baji. I tried this first during my college days when my friends arrive at home. We girls used to finish these hot baji's in a gulp!! You can also sandwich the breads with green / tamarind chutney and make sandwich pakora's.

4. Fry it in hot oil. Cook both sides until golden brown on medium high flame and drain it in a tissue paper.

Serve it hot with ketchup or green chutney to go with any Tea.
