Hey pallies, likes we are totally totally tickled to kick off our Dino-winter season 2016 with Dino-news directly from the town of our most beloved Dino's birth.....Steubenville, Ohio.  From Stu-ville television station WTOV Channel 9 comes news that the seasonal display tagged "The Nutcracker Village" has returned for a second year at the site of Fort Steuben.  Well, likes pallies there is simply no way that a display of life size nutcrackers in the place of our Dino's entry onto the planet could not include a remarkable rendition of our most most beloved Dino.

Likes as you will see below the Dino-cracker has our great great man wearin'  his tradition tuxedo with martini glass in one had and microphone in the other.  Our Dino's other signature trademark of his omnipresent Kent Cigarette is however missin'.   Also included below is a bit of patter statin' that the delightful display also included other members of the Rat Pack as well.

Truly, truly this Dino-winter season woulda be a terrific time to make pilgrimage to the place of our Dino's birth...to walk where Dino-walked and breath the air that our Dino breathed...and to see this huge homage of our Dino as a nutcracker extraordinaire!!!!   Truly a wonder way of honorin' our King of Cool as we remember his passin' from our presence on December 25, 1995.

We remain,

Yours in Dino,

Dino Martin Peters

STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — The Nutcracker Village is back.

From Dorothy to a Bee Keeper to Dean Martin, the nutcrackers are on display for the Ohio Valley at Fort Steuben for a second year in a row.

“Dean Martin, we gave him a martini glass and microphone but we had the whole Rat Pack, so each one had to have something that was identifiable as to which Rat Pack member it was,” artist Therese Nelson said. “So we nailed down the design and I give it to our master carver. He carves it out, and he can copy basically anything it turn it into something real."
