February Grown with Kindness A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop!

Good Morning and welcome to A Paper Pumpkin Blog Hop for February! We are a team of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators that get together once a month to show you alternative projects you can create with your monthly kit. These are the two projects I created for you this month by adding in just a few pieces of colored cardstock and some dies:

Let me start off with the card and the steps to create this project:

Card Base: Use the black & white striped card base from the kit and fold on score line.
Layer #2: Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock embossed with the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder. Glue to card base, centered.
Layer #3: Using the scalloped square die from the Layering Square Framelits Dies that measures 1-1/2" x 1-1/2", cut (3) with Fresh Fig Cardstock. Glue the two squares on the Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock on the ends first and then glue the one in the center, layered over the other two.
Layer #4: Using the square die from the Layering Square Framelits Dies that measures 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" and the printed layer from the kit, cut (2) squares and glue layered to the two outside squares on the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Ribbon: Tie the black twine around the card front twice and tie into a bow.
Sentiments: Stamp the YOU on Whisper White Cardstock using Fresh Fig Ink and cut as close to the letters to create a small rectangle. Glue to the center square using Stampin' Dimensionals. Stamp the small sentiment on the pre-cut shape from the kit with Fresh Fig Ink and glue below the larger sentiment using Mini Dimensionals.
Bling: Glue a few of the rhinestones in the background that came with the kit.

For a coordinating treat container, I used our Sweet Cups and added the same layers to the top but in a larger size. So easy to decorate!

I even stamped around the side of the lid!

Using the + stamp image, stamp around the lid using Fresh Fig Ink. Allow to dry.
Layer #1: Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock cut with the 3" circle die from the Layering Circle Framelits Dies and embossed with the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder. Glue to the lid using Stampin' Dimensionals
Layer #2: Using the scalloped square die from the Layering Square Framelits Dies that measures 1-3/4" x 1-3/4", cut (1) with Fresh Fig Cardstock. Glue to the center of the lid using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Layer #3: Using the square die from the Layering Square Framelits Dies that measures 1-3/8" x 1-3/8" and the printed layer from the kit, cut (1) square and glue layered to the Fresh Fig square with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Ribbon: Tie a triple bow with the black twine and glue to the center of the layered squares.
Bling; Glue a few of the rhinestones in the background that came with the kit
