Here we have an album by the master of easy-listening, none other than the smooth Nelson Riddle. This LP showcases his talent for taking well known TV Themes and giving them original and exciting arrangements, this really is a beauty of a release. A couple of my personal favourites here are, the themes from Dr. Kildare & The Defenders. Nelson just adds so much full-bodied smooth orchestral flavour to them and then just throws in a swinging spy style guitar lead. They don't do it like this anymore!
